Motivating!

I enjoy the ability to customize my meditation sounds: the beginning ending and interval bells. Seeing all the other meditators around the world motivates me to keep going. The fact that the bells are exactly like the real gongs at my meditation retreat makes the experience more fulfilling and keeps me on track. I love the app.
